Happy Canada Day!We celebrated Canada Day by spending the morning watching the races at the Limestone Mile in Kingston.
A huge congratulations to Heather who ran a fantastic race finishing in a time of 7:49. This was a huge improvement over the last time she ran the mile. It was very cool seeing Heather mix it up and thinking about race strategies, while competing against other runners.
Congrats again Heather! We were very proud of your gutsy race!
